1. Who we are

MyFinanceDirector.ai is a service operated by My Best Solutions Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 14243668). Our registered office is 167-169 Great Portland Street, 5th Floor, London, W1W 5PF. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to My Best Solutions Limited trading as MyFinanceDirector.ai.

2. The service

MyFinanceDirector.ai provides AI-powered financial direction, reporting, forecasting, document management, and related tools for businesses and accountancy practices. The service is provided through software and is not a substitute for regulated financial, legal, or tax advice.

We offer two main modules:

• SME Direct. For business owners and directors who want an AI Finance Director for their own business.
• Accountant Co-Pilot. For accountancy practices who want to manage multiple clients under a single practice account.

3. Free trial and subscriptions

Both SME Direct and Accountant Co-Pilot come with a 14-day free trial. A payment card is required at signup. The trial is intended to let you evaluate the service before committing.

If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will begin automatically and your card will be charged. You can cancel at any time through your billing settings or by emailing hello@myfinancedirector.ai.

Accountant Co-Pilot trial limits. The free trial is capped at 5 client instances. If you want to add more clients during the trial, you will need to start a paid subscription.

4. Pricing and payment

Current prices are shown on the Pricing page. All prices are in GBP and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise. We use Stripe to process payments securely. We reserve the right to change pricing, but existing subscriptions will not change price mid-contract unless we notify you in advance.

Current plans include:

• Founder: £99/month (limited early-adopter tier).
• SME Direct: £149/month.
• SME Complete: £299/month (waitlist only).
• Accountant Co-Pilot: £59 per client/month.
• White-Label: Custom pricing — contact us.

5. What you can expect from the service

We aim to provide accurate, useful, and timely AI-generated financial direction. However, the service is an aid to decision-making, not a replacement for professional advice. We may not be able to answer every question or handle every scenario correctly, and we may recommend you speak with a qualified accountant, lawyer, or other specialist for complex matters.

We are not a regulated financial adviser, tax agent, or law firm. Using MyFinanceDirector.ai does not create a solicitor-client, accountant-client, or regulated advisory relationship.

6. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your account credentials secure.
• Making sure the data you import or connect is accurate and complete.
• Checking any AI-generated outputs before acting on them.
• Complying with applicable laws and your own obligations, including filing and tax responsibilities.
• Obtaining any necessary permissions from employees, clients, or counterparties whose data you add to the platform.

7. Account access and roles

We use role-based access controls. For example, some functions (such as People Cost data or document retention) are restricted to directors or owners. You must assign roles appropriately and only grant access to people who need it.

8. Data and confidentiality

We treat your data as confidential and use it only in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We use third-party subprocessors to operate the platform, as listed in the Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your data and can export it or request deletion as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Suspension and cancellation

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, misuse the service, or create a security risk. You may cancel at any time. After cancellation, your data is retained for 90 days and then deleted or anonymised, unless we are required to keep it for legal reasons.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage that arises from your reliance on AI-generated outputs, business decisions based on the service, or any failure to file or meet deadlines. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Our total liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim arose.

11. Intellectual property

We own all intellectual property rights in the platform and software. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the service during your subscription. Outputs generated by the AI for your own business are for your use, but we do not claim ownership over your underlying data or documents.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available at this page. If we make material changes that affect your subscription, we will notify you in advance.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
